CASE#1
Case study:woman aged 37 consulted me for the the headache which she had for 7 years. She told me that pain starts from the back and then goes to the right side of head and then stay there. She felt nausea during pain and had vomit .after vomiting she felt better. She felt better in cold and dislike hot weather. She had burning sensation in her hands and feet. There were red spots on her face. Headache start at about 10:00 am and stay uptill 5:00 pm.
Her menses were regular but had pain in lower back during menses.She had headache after intervals of three or seven days. During headache she wanted to be in dark room .Light and movement made her symptoms worst.
Treatment: Following symptoms were considered in selecting her remedy
Headache at right side
Burning sensation in hands and feet
Light and movement makes symptoms worst
Nausea and vomiting during headache
Headache after the interval of three or seven days
Sanguinaria 30 was given for one week. Sanguinaria 200 was given for one month. In last Sanguinaria 1 M completely cured her from headache.
CASE #2
Case history:man aged 52 came to my clinic for her joint pains. He had pains in the small joints of feet for last three months.her blood report showed excess of uric acid in the blood.he had problem in walking and could not put her weight on the feet.he had urine which is scanty , pungent with brown colour. He had pain at the lower back which went to hips. He had nausea and sometimes vomit. She had swelling on her face and feet.he was also suffering from hyperacidity and have burning sensation in stomach which was releived by eating. He had been suffering from headache since he had problem of joint pain.movement and heat made his symptoms worst. He look nervous and anxious and could not tell his symptoms clearly.
Treatment: following symptoms were considered mainly for selection of medicine.
Excess uric acid in blood
Pain in small joints
Scanty urine
Worst from heat
Worst from movement

enzoic acid-30 was given four times daily for one month which cleared all his symptoms and lowered down uric acid in blood to the normal level.
CASE#3
Case history:man aged 47 came to my clinic for the treatment of sciatica.he was suffering from sciatica for seven month and had tried different type of treatment.he had pain alternate with numbness in right leg. Hot application at effected leg made him feel better.cold and movement made her symptoms worse.pain is stabbing and burning. He had problem of colic which started 2 hours after eating.he told me that he also have colic when he become angry. His sleep was disturbed and have white coated tongue with red tip.
Treatment: following are the main symptoms which are considered to select the medicine.

Colocynh 200 given everyday for 15 days.after that colocynth 1 m and cm is given for two months which releived the symptoms and completely cure the patient from sciatica
CASE#4
Case history:woman aged 48 suffering from different symptoms during her menopause came tomy clinic.she complained for hot flushes, anxiety, acidity and headche. She told me that when she had headache she felt pressure and burning senstion at the top of the head.she could not tolerate heat and sun rays. Sleep made her symptoms worst. She felt suffocation during sleep and wake up with heavy head. About the mental symptoms she told that she is very sensitive and hurt by small things. Her libido was low and have dryness of vagina during coition. She had problem with gums. Gums were swollen and dark coloured.she had constipation and burning sensation in stomach after eating

CASE#5
Case study: women aged 35 consulted me for the complaint of leuchorrea(abnormal vaginal discharge due to infection). She had been taking medication for two years with no improvement. On investigation she told that discharge is watery, excoriating(cause burning, smarting,making surface of the libia red, raw and inflammed). She bleed from mouth when she brushes her teeth. Feeling of pulsation all over the body before menses.
She had nausea about two hours after eating which ends in vomiting. She had burning sensation in oesophegus.
Treatment: following main symptoms are considered to select the remedy.
Bleeding from teeth during brushing the teeth
Exacoriating discharge
Watery discharge
Feeling of pulsation all over the body
Digestive problem after eating
Above symptome clearly predicts the picture of kreosetum.
First kreosetum 30 was given four times for 20 days.after
20 days kreosetum 200 was given once a day for two days.after one month of treatment she was fully recovered from the illness.
CASE#6
Case study: man 42 years old came to my clinic.he told that he is suffering from depression for last five years. He had been taking anti-depressant for two years with no results. On investigation he told that it was started when his wife died from cancer. After that tragedy he became un social. He did not have any desire to meet with people. He had feeling of sadness with sinking heart. His sleep was disturbed. His movements were slow and most of the time he wanted to be in dark room with his negative thoughts. His appetite was low and he did not have any sexual desire.he had constipation with dry mouth. He had negative attitude towards life and he had changed three jobs within last five year.he like saltish food and dislike sympathy. He cannot tolerate heat and sun rays.at that time he was living alone and rejected the help from his friends and family members.

He was given Natmur-200 daily for one week which improved his appetite,started socializing and had desire to meet with his friends and family members. He was given nat mur 1-m for four weeks and nat-mur cm for two months. After treatment ofthree and half month he was completely cured from illness. After one year he came to my clinic with the invitation card for his marriage.
CASE#7
Case history::on august 20, 1995, a lady consulted me about a large grape-fruit size fibroid in her uterus., for which several physicians had recommended surgery which she was anxious to avoid.
She complained of slow and heay digestions, with heart burns and nausea. She had chronic constipation.
The heat rays affected her very much, producing sever headache not withstanding her weak resistance to cold. Her blood pressure a maximum of 200 and a minimum of 130.she had no other physical symptoms.
She was living with a married sister who had a 15-year old son to whom our patient was greatly attached.outside of her nephew she did not have any affection for anybody else. On the otherhand she developed a great dislike , particullarly for her brother in law, and people in general , resisting all social activities.
Treatment: the mental symptoms manifested in her conduct, added to the new general symptoms, makes up thefollowing picture

Aversion to the member of family
Aversion to certain persons

Headache from exposure to sun

Six symptoms that clearly shows the characteristic picture of “Natrum Carbonicum” which was admininstered 200, 1m, and cm in several doses of through a period of seven months.
After seven months her fibroid had dissapeared completely, her digestion was normalized, her sleep is very tranquil she has no symptom whatever.
CASE #8
Case study:A Patient 42 years old, a radio technician, informed us that during the last 26 years he has been suffering from intensive pain in the right side of the abdomen in the way of irregular chrisis.
He was treated a hepatic-vesiculor, ameobiotic , appendicular and allergetic.He was also hospitilized with the purpose of obtaining the correct diagonosis. He was told that he had something in the colon and that at the moment it was impossible to diagnose precisely.Patient went many treatment without any results.His painful chrisis overcame him after nervous excitement, excitable worries and consisted in abdominal cramps which were somewhat calmed by his leaning backwards.
Treatment: his characteristic symptoms are :
Worse from milk

Worse fasting
Great thrist
Prespiration of back of the neck
Apathy
Bad-humoured
Anxiety
It is unquestionble that his personality , together with the remainder of the picture , clearly showed us the image of china which in three doses of 30, 200, 1 m cured his chronic abdominal spasmodic affection.
CASE #9
Case study: a woman thirty year old, consults for repeated boils and intenseive pustulous acne in the face, having been submitted to several treatments without any positive results.his picture presents:flushes of heat,very sensitive to heat general.cannot tolerate heat of sun.very disturbed by clothes on chest or back,wished for iced drinks, sensitive to knocks and great itching on the scalp.
Treatment:following symptoms of the patient indicate the medicine
Worsened by cloths
Worse from heat
Flushes of heat
Desires iced drinks
Ecchymosis
“Lachesis” was her remedy. Lachesis 30 was given for 45 days which completely cleared her acne .
Case#10
Case study: a female patient aged 27 was admitted to the homeopathic hospital with a history of pain in the left chest and pyrexia of four day’s duration. On admission her temperature was 99 degree farenhiet, respiration thirty and pulse 120.the pain was stitching ,stabbing, and cutting in nature and was worst from 1 p.m to 4 p.m, and from coughing and was accompanied by profuse prespiration. It was rerelieved by warm applications. She could not lie down on her left side. There was dullness of the left base with diminution of breath sounds. A provisional diagnosis of pleurisy was made.
The report of the x-ray taken later read as follows: Huge dilation of the heart; Pericarditis with effusion-also pleural effusion left base and thickened pleura,left upper zone;congestive cardiac failure
The blood, urine and stool report showed n.a.d.
Treatment:the drug kali carb was found to cover the following symptoms
Morning & evening agg
Stitching pain
Painful cough
Dropsy
Sweat, in general, tendency
Worse lying on painful or right side
Above symptoms clearly indicate the remed “kali carb” . Kali carb thirty was given at an interval of 3 hours. Her pain lessened on fourth day. After 20 days her pain dissapeared and was able tomlie on the left side with comfort.
The second x-ray taken after 3 months showed Heart size markly diminished; slight plueral effusion still present.
The patient was discharged a week later and has remained well
